Mini haul

Just a little post of a few things I've purchased over the past couple of weeks. You will probably notice, no clothes! That's because my wardrobe is chock-a-block, and I would be kidding myself if I actually thought I needed any more clothes! However that doesn't mean I can't shop for other things!

One place that I went to was The Body Shop, I love their Vitamin E range and my skin swears by their night cream in the winter months. I thought I'd try out the face mist this time, it's sold as a moisturiser and also a makeup setter. When I  used it the first thing I noticed was that it has gorgeous rose scent and it really refreshes your face. I'm not so big on the make-up setting claim but it definitely does make your face feel a lot more moisturised after spraying. It's a nice little pick up me to have in your bag or whilst on holiday.

I also picked up Revlon's Photoready Airbrush Mousse Makeup, you can check out the review here, and as I had a £5 No7 voucher I also bought their eye make-up remover. I do find it quite oily, it's not the best one on the market, but definitely not the worst, and as I only got it for a quid with my discount I can't complain!

I also bought a few homeware items in the sales, I got a big heart-shaped tin in the Next sale for £4, not quite sure what I'm going to do with it yet, but might use it as make-up/cosmetic storage. I also picked up some sparkly over the door hooks from Matalan, and a white flower candle holder from Wilko which I'm going to use to store my make-up brushes in...speaking of which....

One of my best purchases this week was the Real Techniques Core Collection make-up brushes. They really are worth the hype! They're so soft and the buffing brush is amazing at really getting your foundation to sink into your skin. I also love the fact that the brush holder also turns into a stand! Haha I'm easily pleased!
